
SPIRITUAL FITNESS
The Spiritual Fitness course is comprised of 5 lessons that will provide you with detailed steps of how to create a closer relationship with God. God’s ultimate desire if for you to communicate with Him on a level that you would with your best friend. Most people have never thought it would be possible to be a friend of God, let alone to consider God their best friend. Lesson one will provide you with biblical principles that will show you how to become your best friend. Lesson two will teach you how to stop depending on worldly things and totally depend on God. Lesson three defines what it means to abide and how it’s possible to abide in God. Lesson four and five provide specific biblical principles on how to be obedient to God and how to have assurance in Him and Him alone. The foundation of your spiritual development is your relationship with God. This course will help you lay a solid foundation that you can build upon for years to come.
Spiritual Fitness is the most important type of fitness, but Mental Fitness doesn’t fall far behind in terms of importance. Your thoughts control your actions and your actions control your results. You have to change your thoughts if you expect to be able to change your results. Your thoughts or as I like to refer to it as your internal dialogue: is the most important conversation you have on earth. What you tell yourself is what you will believe and you always act on what you believe. Way too many people tell themselves false truths and they live their lives based upon those false truths. Your beliefs or the Story you tell yourself is crucial to your mental fitness and overall success. The Mental Fitness course will teach you have to establish a positive and productive story about yourself and how to control your mental state on a daily basis. You will also learn how to create a strategy that prepares you for success and how to establish a structured schedule that promotes a healthy mental state of being.
There are undoubtedly numerous workout plans that can be beneficial for ones physical development and this is one of them. Physical fitness is not only beneficial for your body, but also for your mental and spiritual health. You have more energy and are genuinely happier. This course will provide you with various workout plans throughout the year. You will receive a different workout plan every quarter and you will also have the ability to request a workout plan specific to your needs. The workout plans will be a combination of weight lifting and cardiovascular exercises. The first workout plan that you will receive is the actual workout plan that TJ Tyus routinely uses. There will be a video showing you how to do the weight lifting workout and an attached table telling what reps, sets and rest you should take during the workout. You will also receive nutrition tips randomly throughout the year.
